Board Meetings
Board of Directors meetings are a vital part of our community's operations. We connect annually to discuss community issues, plan improvements, and make decisions that shape our neighborhood's future. Following a structured agenda, we dedicate time to address each item - making sure that every concern is given the attention it deserves.
The annual meeting of the Association is held in January of each year, and it is open to all community members. The Board encourages your participation. Notice of the annual meeting is sent to each household in Olde Hermitage neighborhood, and the notice includes:
- an invitation letter from the President announcing the date, time, location, and format of the meeting
- a "Proxy Statement" for each household, in case your participation at the meeting is not possible
- an "Absentee Ballot" to enable your voting on the slate of Directors for the upcoming year, in case you cannot attend the meeting
- an invoice for the annual assessment dues payment
Quarterly Board meetings are held during the calendar year, but those events appear on the website's events list. If a resident wishes to attend the meeting, it is up to the resident to arrange their respective participation.
