Pay Dues

Keeping our community thriving and our shared amenities in top shape relies on the collective contribution of all our neighbors.  Once a year, each residence in the Olde Hermitage subdivision is assessed an annual assessment fee, as determined by the Board of Directors within guidelines established in the Covenants declaration. 

The annual assessment is due each year in January.  Your prompt payment helps us ensure the execution of the ongoing maintenance and improvements to the community.  Dues and fees may be paid to Olde Hermitage using these payment methods:

• Personal or business check
• Cash
• Online Bill Pay function via your bank 

Annual Assessment

The annual assessment amount per household in Olde Hermitage for year 2026 is $104.00, which is a $5 increase above the amount for 2025.  The annual assessment should be paid in full by January 31, 2026, to avoid a late payment fee.
